AESOLAR has once again partnered with Jiangsu Feizheng Technology Co., Ltd. to successfully complete the third phase of a distributed rooftop PV project, demonstrating the long-term value of German-engineered solar technology and tailored energy solutions. Together, the three project phases have utilized over 15,000 m² of rooftop area, delivering a total installed capacity of 2 MW.

Efficient BIPV-Style Integration with Cost-Saving Benefits
The most recent revisit focused on the newly commissioned rooftop system covering 3,200 m² with an installed capacity of 600 kW, projected to generate 650,000 kWh annually. Notably, this installation adopts a BIPV-style mounting approach, using 1,035 units of 580W AESOLAR Meteor modules as both the power generator and structural waterproof layer, replacing traditional steel roofing material.
This integrated solution has allowed the client to save approximately CNY 300,000 in steel cladding costs. A custom stainless-steel drainage system ensures long-term water protection. The system has successfully withstood four episodes of heavy rainfall since late 2024, validating its 25-year waterproofing performance and reliability.

The system utilizes the AESOLAR Meteor AE CMD-144BDS 580W modules, built with advanced N-type TOPCon cell technology, which delivers excellent energy yield, low degradation, and reliable performance in demanding industrial environments. These modules were awarded a "Very Good" rating by PV Magazine Module Test and ranked first in energy yield during the 2024 outdoor field test, further reinforcing their field-proven performance and resilience.
Environmental and Energy Impact
In addition to reducing electricity expenses, the system contributes to significant environmental gains. The annual operation of this 600 kW rooftop installation is expected to avoid the consumption of 195.46 tons of standard coal, reducing CO₂ emissions by 535.6 tons. It also prevents harmful emissions such as SOₓ (53.95 kg) and NOₓ (86.45 kg), while operating without any water consumption—ensuring a clean, sustainable process from start to finish.
