The road to Trường Tiểu học Suối Tọ in Sơn La winds through green fields, rolling hills, and quiet mountain air. It is the kind of road that reminds you how far light sometimes has to travel before it reaches the places that need it most. By the time we arrived, the school looked simple and modest, but full of life.

This was not just another solar project. It was a boarding school where electricity is part of daily comfort, learning, and the teachers’ long-term commitment to staying with the children. Our mission: bring stable electricity to a remote semi‑boarding school where power outages happen now and then, yet have become part of the rhythm of life.
That’s why we were there. AESOLAR, together with a group of like‑hearted partners, donated a 6 kWp solar system with 16 kWh of battery storage – enough to power lights, fans, and normal lifves. The modules we brought were Meteor series, chosen for their reliability in tropical climates and ability to perform under cloudy skies.
The Moment of Light
For a boarding school, electricity is not only about lights. It supports teaching, evening routines, daily life, and the confidence of teachers who choose to remain in remote areas. A stable system means fewer disruptions, safer evenings, and better conditions for both learning and living.
And then came the moment everyone remembered.

As the day turned to evening, the solar + storage system was switched on. The school building lit up. The sky was already darkening, and suddenly the windows, corridors, and faces around us seemed brighter. The children smiled. Not because the technology was impressive in itself, but because it changed the feeling of the place. The school had gained a dependable source of light.

More Than Megawatts
Why does a 6 kW system matter? In the world of utility‑scale solar, it’s a drop in the ocean. But at Suối Tọ, it means:
- Children can study after sunset without straining their eyes.
- Meals can be prepared properly with an electric rice cooker.
- The school can become a gathering point for the community during emergencies.
Stable electricity doesn’t just power devices. It powers dignity, safety, and hope.

A Thank You to Those Who Walked With Us
Thank you to: Manfusi Solar, ANZ Solar, Thành Đông Solar, HTD Solar, Việt Hàn Solar, Telec Solar, Quang Minh Solar, Auxsol, and Easyway.

This project would not have happened without the generous collaboration of our partners. Each of them contributed time, materials, or funding, believing in the same simple idea: that clean energy should reach the people who need it most.
It’s Time to Save the World
At AESOLAR, our slogan is “It’s time to save the world.” Sometimes that sounds like a grand ambition – and it is. But saving the world doesn’t always mean giant solar farms or technological breakthroughs. Sometimes it means bringing 6 kW to a small school on a mountainside, so that a girl in a pink dress can read her textbook after dinner, and a teacher can sleep soundly knowing the lights will stay on.
That night, as we drove away from Suối Tọ, the only lights on the mountain were the soft glow from the school windows – and above them, a sky full of stars. This is what we work for.
AESOLAR – It’s time to save the world.
